Recent performances with Robert Ashley Opera Ensemble

• The Kitchen (New York) Improvement (Don Leaves Linda). Music director for this new restaging. February 2019.

• Wesleyan University – Robert Ashley weekend festival. Serving as music director for opera Crash, giving illustrated lecture on production aspects of Ashley’s operas.

• Roulette Intermedium (Brooklyn) – serving as music director for opera Crash, with multiple performances during February 2018.

•The Paris Autumn Festival and The Kitchen (New York). Novel/opera Quicksand. Collaboration with choreographer Steve Paxton and lighting designer David Moodey. Composed electronic music for Ashley-narrated text.

• Experimental Intermedia (New York) – A Final Stab at Fun. Text by Robert Ashley, music by Tom Hamilton, narrated by Mimi Johnson. March, 2017.

• Mannes / The New School (New York) – Dust. Served as production and artistic consultant for this student production.

Recent work with Alvin Lucier

• Documenta 14, Athens, Greece - So You, a work by Alvin Lucier for 3 performers and 9 ampified wine jars. Sound design, and performance mix.
